Returns & refunds
Shopping with Mile Sports should be easy. If something doesn't fit, or you change your mind about your purchase, we'll help you all the way through your return.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. If you wish to withdraw, you must let us know before the deadline expires by writing to info@milesports.dk.
How to return
- Write to info@milesports.dk with your order number and what you would like to return.
- We'll send you return instructions with the return address.
- Pack the item securely, ideally in the original packaging, and send the parcel off.
Return shipping: You pay for the return shipping yourself, unless otherwise agreed. Keep your drop-off receipt from the carrier until your return has been fully processed.
Condition of the item
The item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as you received it, with all labels and tags. Items showing clear signs of use may be rejected or only partially refunded.
Refund
Once we have received and approved your return, we refund the amount to the same payment method you paid with within 14 days. In the case of full withdrawal, we refund the price of the item as well as the original standard delivery price.
Exchange
Would you like to exchange for a different size or color? Write to us at info@milesports.dk, and we'll find the right solution for you.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act for faults and defects. If you discover a fault with your item, please contact us as soon as possible. Read more under Complaints.
