Delivery and Returns
Delivery
If the item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days with GLS. If the item is not yet in stock, this will be clearly stated, along with when we expect to have it in stock. For pre-orders, the item will be dispatched within 1-2 business days once we have it in stock, and you will be notified when it is shipped.
Returns
You have a 30-day return policy on all products, provided the item is unused and without defects.

Each product is worn and evaluated by runners of all levels before going into production. Functionality, comfort, and durability are tested in daily training and on race day.

Payment
Mile Sports ApS accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product has been created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.

Right of Withdrawal
A full 14-day right of return is granted for items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Notice of withdrawal must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be in our possession no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Notice of exercising the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to info@milesports.dk. The message must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and function of the item. This means you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Mile Sports ApS to assess the condition of the item.
Right to Complain
A 2-year right to complain is granted on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to complain applies to all defects in software, material, and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be communicated to Mile Sports ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The right to complain lapses in case of incorrect or unusual use of the product.
Mile Sports ApS covers reasonable return costs.
