Prices
At Mile Sports ApS, all prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and duties. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice. We are not liable for price errors or sold-out items.
Payment
Mile Sports ApS accepts payments with VISA Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and bank transfer. Payment is only deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are stated in DKK and include VAT. We are not liable for price errors or sold-out or discontinued items.
Delivery
Mile Sports ApS aims to dispatch orders received before 5 PM on the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched on the following business day.
We deliver throughout Denmark. Shipping costs start from DKK 35. Goods are delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of order.
We do not deliver abroad, or to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Shipments are made with PostNord or GLS.
If there is no space at the selected pick-up point, the package will be moved to the nearest pick-up point, and you will receive notification thereof. For problems, please contact customer service.
Delivery takes place on all weekdays. Expected delivery time is 1–3 business days.
For certain items, special delivery terms apply, which will be indicated before purchase.
Right to Complain
A 2-year right to complain is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to complain covers defects in material and/or manufacturing. Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a reduction in price. The complaint does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling or use. You must complain within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. Mile Sports ApS covers reasonable return costs.

We do not accept shipments sent by cash on delivery.
Refunds
For refunds, please provide your registration number and account number so that the amount can be transferred. The information can be sent by email and will be used solely for the purpose of processing the refund.
Right of Withdrawal
A 30-day right of withdrawal is granted for items purchased in the webshop.
The withdrawal period is calculated from the day you receive the item, receive the last item in an order with multiple deliveries, receive the last part in a multi-part delivery, or receive the first item in continuous delivery over a period.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
Withdrawal must be notified no later than 30 days after purchase. Thereafter, the item must be returned no later than 30 days after you have notified your wish to withdraw from the purchase.
The notification must be sent by email to info@milesports.dk and clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal cannot be made by simply refusing to accept the item without simultaneously giving clear notification.
Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or that have been clearly personalized.
Clothing and products with names or other personalized prints cannot be returned.
Sealed goods where the seal has been broken for hygiene or health reasons are also exempt.
The same applies to goods that are inseparably mixed with other goods, goods with broken seals, fully performed non-financial services, digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where the performance has begun, newspapers, periodicals and magazines, goods purchased at public auction, and goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.
Return Policy
Items must be returned without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the right of withdrawal has been exercised. You are responsible for the direct costs of return. The item must be returned securely packaged and with a copy of the order confirmation. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. Packages sent by cash on delivery are not accepted.
Condition of the Item upon Return
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If the item has been used beyond this, it is considered used, and you may receive a partial or no refund, depending on the item's commercial value.
Refund Policy
Upon withdrawal, the amount paid, including standard delivery, will be refunded no later than 14 days after we have received notification of withdrawal. Extra delivery costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or until documentation for return has been provided.
Personal Data Policy
To complete a purchase, we process your name, address, phone number, email address, and information about purchased items. This information is processed solely to deliver the item and handle your order in accordance with our personal data policy.
Complaint Options
If you have a complaint about a product purchased in the webshop, you can contact the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Centre for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, www.forbrug.dk.
For consumers residing in other EU countries, a complaint can be filed via the EU Commission's online complaint platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

PR Guarantee
Mile Sports offers a PR guarantee: if you don't beat your personal record (PR) in an officially organized race while wearing your Mile Sports product, you will receive a gift card equivalent to the purchase amount of your order. The gift card can be used on mile-sports.dk and can be claimed once per order.
Conditions for claiming:
Your previous PR must have been set within the last 12 months from the new race day and must be documented with an official race result (e.g., DAF, ResultNet, World Athletics, or similar official timing) for the same distance.
Your new time must be from an officially organized race with official timing for the same distance as your previous PR, and the time must be slower than or equal to your previous PR.
It must be documented that the Mile Sports product was worn throughout the race. We accept both official race photos and the customer's own pictures/videos, as long as the product is clearly visible and the race date/bib number can be verified.
How to claim:
Send an email to info@milesports.dk no later than 30 days after the race, including your order number, a link to the official result for your previous PR, a link to the official result for your new time, and a photo/video where the product is clearly visible during the race.
Upon approved claim, a gift card for the purchase amount of the relevant order will be issued within 14 days.
