Right of withdrawal

A 30-day right of withdrawal applies to items bought in the webshop. The withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the item.

Withdrawal must be notified no later than 30 days after the purchase. Send an email to info@milesports.dk and clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Withdrawal cannot be exercised simply by refusing to receive the item without also giving clear notice.

The item must be returned no later than 30 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw. You bear the direct costs of returning the item, and it must be returned properly packaged and with a copy of the order confirmation. You bear the risk for the item until we have received it back.

Items exempt from the right of withdrawal:
Items made to your specifications or with a clear personal touch, including clothing and products with a name or other personal print, cannot be returned. The same applies to sealed items whose seal has been broken for reasons of hygiene or health.

Repayment:
In the event of withdrawal, the amount paid, including standard delivery, is refunded no later than 14 days after we have received your notice. We may withhold the refund until the item has been received back. Repayment is made using the same means of payment as at purchase.
